1. 3-Day Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

An unboxing video is recommended for damaged, missing, or wrong item claims.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Innerwear or hygiene-related products

Perishable goods

Digital products (if applicable)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos and/or video proof of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect

COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
7. Important Note
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspicious activity, repeated return requests, or policy misuse.
